Our Client is one of the market leaders in marine construction. They provide specialised services to the offshore industry and to the oil, gas and renewable energy. As part of their ongoing projects plans in Makassar, they are looking for :

a Secretary cum Document Controller 

to be part of their project team.

We are currently seeking for a Secretary cum Document Controller to join our Client's project team in Makassar.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the handling of office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, receiving visitors, arrangement of hotel bookings, transportation of staff and crew.
  • Receiving and filling of invoices, arrangement of purchasing and requisition of office and other supplies
  • Responsible for the overall coordination and filing of all documentations of the project which includes letters, purchase orders, reports, quotations, supplier documents and any other project documents in a centralised document management server system
  • Act as an admin support to all project staff members

Job Requirements:

  • Possess the experience as a versatile secretary preferably in an expat environment or in an international company
  • Good command of English is necessary for the communication with Expats
  • Do not possess the 9-5 work mentality as work outside the normal regular working hours is sometimes required depending on project requirements
  • Experience in Marine civil, O7G or LNG projects with experience in document controller is an added advantage
